How much do you charge?▼
Packages, hourly rates, and reduced rates for charities are all available. Full details and pricing are on the

Can I reduce my hours?▼
This can always be discussed. I'll look at your workload to see whether the work can comfortably fit into a reduced amount of time before making any changes.
How do you contact me and have meetings?▼
All meetings are held via Zoom or phone, keeping things simple and flexible for you. For any questions not covered here, please email me at

What happens to my data and logins once we work together?▼
Your passwords count as personal data, so you're fully protected under data protection law. I'm ICO registered, and my
privacy policy sets out exactly how I handle login details. I'm also happy to sign an NDA, the same as I do with every client. I keep clear records as I go too, so we both have a full trail of what's been done. When a client needs to share a login with me, I never ask for details over text or email. Instead I use secure encrypted tools like LastPass or dedicated password sharing services. Plain text messages and emails can be intercepted or stored indefinitely, so it's simply not worth the risk. Any documents or business data you share with me is stored securely and only ever used for the work we've agreed, never shared or used elsewhere. Once the agreed work is complete or access is no longer needed, your passwords and login details are deleted, they're not kept any longer than necessary.
Is my business data safe with you?▼
Absolutely. VA4U Virtual Assisting is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and holds professional indemnity insurance and cyber insurance, so you can work with me with complete confidence. Your data is handled securely, never shared with third parties, and managed in full compliance with GDPR. You can read exactly how in my

Do you use AI to do the work?▼
AI may occasionally be used as an aid to support efficiency, but all work is carried out by me, a real person dedicated to your business.
Do you work with non-profits?▼
Yes, I offer a reduced community rate for churches, charities and faith organisations, because I believe great support should be accessible to everyone doing good work.

What if I don't see the service I need?▼
Just ask and we'll work it out.
What if I need to change the work or cancel?▼
Changes happen, and that's fine, just let me know and we'll agree any adjustments together in writing. Do bear in mind that if you change the direction or requirements after work has already started, I can't refund what's already been completed on the original brief. If you want to cancel altogether, either of us can end things with two weeks' written notice. If you're not happy with something delivered, tell me as soon as you can so I can put it right, and if you're still not satisfied after that, a refund will be issued for that piece of work.
