If you're looking for someone you can trust to become part of your business, you're in the right place. I've spent the last seven years supporting coaches and small businesses with everything from administration and marketing to course creation and business systems. I genuinely enjoy organising things, solving problems and helping clients feel more in control of their workload.

I'm a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants, ICO registered, HubSpot Academy certified in digital marketing, CPD Accredited VA Certified, and fully insured by Hiscox for professional indemnity and cyber cover.

My background in software engineering and education gives me a technical understanding that many virtual assistants don't have. Whether it's building websites, improving processes or getting the best from the software you already use, I enjoy finding practical ways to make your business run more efficiently.

I'm naturally methodical, always keen to learn and I enjoy finding smarter ways of working. Every business is different, so I tailor my support to the way you work rather than expecting you to fit into a process. That's how I've been able to support one client through five consecutive years of winning the same industry award, while looking after the operational side of their business. Read the story here.

For me, it's never just about ticking something off a to-do list. It's about giving you the confidence that everything is being taken care of properly.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with a paintbrush in hand. I paint in oils, acrylics and watercolour, and create digital art in Procreate, and I've sold my art to people all over the world. Portraits are my favourite thing to paint. I'm also rarely without a knitting or crochet project on the go, normally one I've adapted or designed myself rather than following a pattern to the letter. I'm a bit of a history nerd too, the kind who'll happily fall down a rabbit hole reading about something from centuries ago just for the fun of it.

I love dogs too. I don't have one of my own right now, but I look after my friends' dogs whenever they're away, so I still get plenty of muddy walks and waggy welcomes.

If you're looking for reliable support from someone who'll take the time to understand your business, I'd love to hear from you.
