Working with Sharon has been an absolute game-changer for our Arts College in Lancing. As a virtual assistant, she goes far beyond the typical role, she is truly the backbone of our entire operation. Her dedication to outstanding customer service is evident in every interaction, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and with a genuinely personalised touch, making our students feel valued and supported from the very beginning.
Behind the scenes, she manages all of our administration seamlessly, from keeping policies up to date to transforming our demonstrations into clear, accessible learning materials through her video editing skills. Thanks to her, the entire back-end of the college runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing me to focus fully on teaching and showing up for our students.
Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail are second to none. I honestly couldn't do this without her.
Sharon has become an integral part of our business and a true pillar of support behind everything we do. As a coach, it's essential that I can fully show up for my clients and deliver high-quality, premium coaching experiences, and Sharon makes that possible. She expertly manages the entire back-end of the business, from our online systems and administration to finances and day-to-day operations.
More recently, she has taken on our full marketing programme, where she not only executes but innovates, creating courses from our coaching frameworks and bringing fresh ideas that enhance the value we offer clients. She maintains excellent communication across the team, handling all video editing and overseeing social media marketing, while implementing efficient, time-saving strategies that are also cost-effective.
She is, quite simply, a lifesaver, and finding her has been one of the best decisions I've made for this business.
